In some instance, you may have issue making changes to files or uploading a csv file to your database from your web server.
You can temporarily disable ModSecurity under Security section and clicking on ModSecurity.
Click on disable button and select yes on the prompt.
Test your issue again and if it is OK, reverse the steps above to reenable it.
