Most CMS software installed via Softaculous or Wordpress manager will create their own MySQL database.
If you need to create them manually, you can check under Database section for Add Database and Add Database User option.
TO create database, click on Add database then type the database name as per follow screenshot.
Create a new db user as per following screenshot.
Remember to add permission for your newly create user to your newly create database.
