Your email addresses can be created under Email section inside the Cpanel.
From there, you can create new email accounts, set passwords, manage mailbox storage, and configure email client settings.
Email Account tab is for creating of email address.
Email forwarders tab is for forwarding your email to an external email address or to create distribution list to forward to another mailbox/mailboxes.
Hosting your email on Cpanel is not recommended as space is limited and may not cater sufficiently when your business grow.
You may want to consider Exchange Online Plan 1 for email hosting or Microsoft 365 Business if you require desktop apps (Word, Excel, Outlook) and email hosting.
