Your users can install Office 365 desktop applications by signing in to Office 365 portal at https://www.office365.com with their assigned email address and password.
Once signed in, there is a install apps option in the top right hand corner.
Download the executable file, open it and run the installation process.
Follow through the steps by clicking next till installation is completed.
You may need to sign-in to any of the apps at least once with your email address and credentials to activate the license.
